## About kate
Kate assists the Birchwood Team by preparing for client meetings, coordinating updates on clients' financial statuses, and carrying out any necessary follow-ups to fulfill our client's needs. Her multi-faceted nature enables her to approach challenges from different perspectives. Kate is known for being adaptable and organized, qualities that allow her to excel in various roles and responsibilities, making her an invaluable asset to the team.
Kate has a passion for travel, which began at 17 when she embarked on her first international journey with her grandmother. This experience ignited a lifelong desire to view the world through the lens of a learner, continually seeking knowledge and growth. Kate enjoys spending time at church with the leaders and friends she grew up with. When she finds a rare moment to herself, she enjoys painting--an activity shared amongst her siblings.
Kate is a University of Minnesota graduate with experience in retail management and early childhood education. She volunteers at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church and Cathedral of the Pines as a confirmation teacher, a program volunteer for adults with special needs, and a seasonal youth mentor and operations assistant.
