One of the most important lessons Nick learned from his father was to treat people with patience and respect. It's an approach he carries into both his professional and personal life.
## About NICK
Nick Borden joined Birchwood Financial Partners as an Investment Operations Analyst, where he supports the firm's investment operations with a detail-oriented and analytical approach. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Financial Management and a minor in Theology. Prior to joining Birchwood, Nick gained experience as a Corporate Services Intern at UnitedHealth Group. He enjoys improving systems and processes that help the Birchwood team operate efficiently and continue delivering a positive client experience.
Nick is naturally outgoing and enjoys meeting new people. Outside of work, he stays active through basketball, pickleball, golf, and spending time at the gym. He also enjoys being outdoors, whether that's on the lake or exploring a hiking trail. Since graduating from college, Nick has developed a passion for travel and looks forward to exploring more of the world.
Nick is active in his church community and values opportunities to give back. Last winter, he volunteered with Habitat for Humanity ReStore, reflecting his commitment to serving others both professionally and personally.
